N/A I already said why the website is always on a cyber attack it need better protection. Yall need to update

I can't get back to my email and I tried to email and the person that I emailed is saying block, I don't know what is going on because I have not blocked,him can someone help me get back my email please tell me what l need to do to get back my email l didn't block anyone all this happen when they updated it, what is it for me to get back my email!

I can't get in the old one because u changed it and I still had 6.00 dollars on it.and I can't send emails to him threw that one.

I want to talk to someone about a refund on my account. You could have the correct phone number. I was wondering if I could get a refund on my most recent purchase due to the prison Im writing to is free.

My phone number is blocked by the institution at FCI Tucson and the facility next door. There are 3 inmates that can no longer call me.

One is my husband and the other I am a personal representative for his mother after she passed away and I am doing legal work for the inmate. The 3rd inmate I helped him apply for his stimulus money.

I put my account my password in and it will not take me to my account I don't know what's going on with this account I've been talking on this account with my husband he's been sending me messages because he's paying for this and I'm not getting nowhere can you please help me with this account

I called the 800 number that they have online, and that sent me to some other consumer site. The listing that they gave had nothing to do with why I was calling or what I was calling about.

This site is full of crap. They need to correct it so people don't feel like they're being scammed, robbed, or used.

The prisoner and his mother and I would like to continue with CorrLinks but you have informed me I must sign up again but when I try to your link rejects me. I thought you wanted prisoners to be able to communicate with friends and family, Well if so you sure aren't making it easy for me,

I get fast service on chat lines but not for a live person. Im trying to ask how to add funds to an inmates account but not have to pay a monthly fee in order to do so

They could check the connections and find out what has happened. We have have been having problems for the last two months.

They're not willing to give me back my renewal fee that I just did and now the corrlinks app is no longer being used for the prison
