Need getting into my account

- - User seeks help to access two accounts with different emails on tablet and phone.
- - User requests both accounts be closed.
It's not good at all I don't know what to do so can you just close both of them up or whichever one you see close those accounts up because I'm not going to keep them if I can't use them so is there any way you can close it take the email off my name and everything

- - Unresolved issue with no reply from support; requests merging two accounts under one Yahoo address; one has funds and recipient can’t be added.
Spoke to no one not resolved and no reply my significant other incarcerated in Bear County, Texas. I've been trying to use your service.
We're getting messages across in one account, and he added another for pictures that was already established from a previous incarceration, so I definitely need to merge the accounts and just use one that will work like it's supposed to. I can't add him to the new one as a recipient or enter the number that he sent me to OK picture sending. I'd like to know if my two accounts could be merged under the Yahoo address only and what has to be done to get it taken care of. I have money on one account doinme.leta@***.com is the account that has money on it.
The link he sent me to approve picture sending is from another one doinme65@***.com. If merged together, it doesn't matter which one I use; they're both available. It's just one has money. The other doesn't.

- Being able to send pictures is a big pro
- Having to purchase a subscription and then having the email changed and buy another one used your service last time my loved one was incarcerated and the inmate still has that email address so when i signed up
- I use a new email address and purchase a sub

Can't set up vedio calls want et me in the app

It was bad I've been trying to get on there so I can talk to my wife for 2 weeks and can't get on the dam page to talk to her

Having problems getting into the corrlink.com app to finish the application process that I started

And I set up a Google account. I'm trying to put my information into Robinson's correctional IDOC for inmate B16577.
His name is Calandra D. Robinson.
I just need to enter his information on the application. If you can help me with that, I'll walk.

Trying to get new services

Try to get in my corlink dot com for a video visit and text i can't get in now one of those because of the 2 different email addresses.I have and the passwords and out downloaded the apps and can't get in them.So is there any way that they can be able to use it.I've been trying for the last three days and it's really making me sick
