Not heipful,need instruction for new card,they keep routing me back to the log in page,I have ask for.instructions and it''s the same thing. Can not reach an agent.for.help this.is the 2nd day.trying
Constructive instrutions,Step by Step, Speak With Live Agent,Need Phone Number.i just keep being bounce back to the log-in page and it goes back and forth,I have unordered messages from afamiky member ,this will be 3 weeks tomorrow! What am I supposed to do.
CorrLinks is terrible!! Absolutely no customer support No live agents and when you email them for support you get a message saying sorry we don't have support for that this is ridiculous!!!
corrlinks should be closed down. they are terrible!!!
absolutely no customer support!! it's very hard to install, and then when you get in, you cannot get anyone to speak to you; there are no live agents! and when you finally figure out how to get an email sent to them, they send you a response back saying there's no support for that!! this is a bogus company, and you're wasting your money and your time!!
come on, alabama doc, i know you can do better than this. go back to securus; at least they had someone that would talk to you.
Preferred solution: I would like for Alabama DOC to get a whole new company CorrLinks is awful they're a rip off and there are no help at all to their customers zero stars

Phone number still blocked
It's been blocked for a year trying to get it unblocked. I called the institution and tried to see why it was blocked, and they said to contact CorrLinks.

Yes the tablets at Alabama Department of Corrections are still not working
The tablets at the Alabama Department of Corrections have been out of service for over a week. When will they be functional again? What happened to them in the first place?

If you want to send a email, you cant because guess what?

Being charged for messages that we never receive also paying for premium and not getting messages for hours even days sometimes not to mention Customer Service will never answer the phone
Well, that one that is in the BOP is being charged for messages that I never received and if I do ever receive a message, it is literally hours or even days later

Need to be able to sign in and remove devices
It says I have too many devices hooked up to Coralink and it won't let me sign in. I got a new device and I need to erase the older devices and put them on the new device. How can you help me with that, please?

Customer service
They dont have any customer service. It must be nice to have a company thats affiliated with prison systems all over the country that nobody can contact.
No customer service phone number, no nothing. This really blows what little mind I have left.
They dont have to answer to anybody. All this stuff is a joke.
