Because I can not email my husband back on there it saying my account is locked because it to many messages from the account
I cannot email my husband back on CorrLinks. Its saying that the account is locked because its too many messages from the account so I need for yall to unlock the account to where I can message him back.

I have several questions that need to be addressed with a live agent like for one I cannot add an inmate to my calling account, which I was told I have that inmate under two different accounts. I dont know how thats possible when I just started using this feature 2. Im trying to figure out which card is linked to this account when I pay for Messages.
What good is a customer service number if I cannot actually speak with someone

Having issues adding money on my account
I get the message that my name does not match with the card information, but I cannot see what you have on my card information.

Y'all took my money off my card and still telling me that my email is not registered and I want my money back I don't have money to throw away I am going to contact my bank because this just seem like a scam

Email with inmate is saying the device needs attention. Email will not go through.
When trying to chat with my son at Pinkneyville, Illinois Department of Corrections, the message immediately states in a red box, 'This device requires attention.' It will not allow me to chat or receive chats. Please help. Thank you.

The website has no features to help resolve issues, and the customer service is useless, to say the least. My family and I are being treated horribly, and I never plan to do business with this company again, to say the least.

Help with the issue and talk to a human. I got no help trying to send money to an inmate, and it will not allow it. I also tried calling for the phone number.
