Couldn't speak to a representative because the number does not work, it goes to a different company that has nothing to do with it and so I emailed them and we're just emailing back-and-forth. The issue is still not resolved because I can't get into my account and they don't seem to understand that they keep telling me you're going to my account. Well, if you can't get into your account, then how are you gonna go into it?
