How to re add someone.

My man thought I wasn't getting his emails so he removed me from his email contact list and tried to readd me. When I try to accept to readd him it's telling me I already have a account and won't let me.

Login on the app.

I have set up an account, it is activated with the code that was sent to me, but it tells me that I cannot login. If I go to the original email with the request to contact me, I can get into the system, but not through the app.

Can you assist me please?

How to save pictures when the tablets switch carriers.

I have a friend that is an inmate at Warner Creek Correctional Facility in Oregon , he said his facility is about to switch the iPads that they use with the corrlinks app out for different iPads. He is concerned about losing all the pictures he has on the corrlinks app and would like to know if there is anyway to save them or send them out to someone so they can resend them to him later.

Is it normal when sending an email to inmate or ight a red lock and a slant line in it.

I am handing problems with sending Inmate a message it’s a red lock on my messages however I just switched my number due to personal reasons and I also did get into it with a lover about personal reasons out of anger but I haven’t been receiving any updates or anything from Inmate I was woundering if my messages or block or not going threw or if the Inmate just not responding if so understandable I switch y number that is no longer my number

If a person is in jail a second time and you already was in corrlink will you get a second notification saying that that person can receive messages or do they have to request it.
