I need to delete a device off of my account in order to log onto chords link on my new iPhone

I called the Customer Service number, and I didnt get to speak to anyone. I listened to an automated voice message and was asked to leave a voice message.
Nothing was resolved.

Yes. My name is Brenda Thomas, and I was trying to sign up for calling in to visit my son that's in Alabama Department of Correction.
And I was told that my car would not be charged, and you guys took $34.89 on my card.

Connection issues
I have never had an issue with CorrLinks up untill recently when I upgraded my phone. I was unable to send messages thru CorrLinks and was getting a promt saying an attestation was needed.
I thought if I logged out n logged back in the message would clear. Unfortunately it locked me out. Even after changing my password it still prompted me that an attestation was needed and it would not let me log back in. I am still locked out even after changing my password.
I currently have funds in my account and have family members in the correctional
