Wrong number listed online and and no way of getting my money back. The number belongs to an insurance company. User's recommendation: Don't use.

I created an account and I can't to login.Costumer support is not there. Payment was done 10.06.24, get authorized code from my loved one, since then impossible to login.
Paid the charge of $8.99/10-06-24 by Regions Bank. Got the authorized code from my loved one, applied it, done and from there impossible to login.
PissedConsumer send me a couple of links to change the password and nothing until now. This morning I tried once again to request a new password, they said they will send me an email, still waiting. Call to the (877) number, nothing related with Corrlinks.
Plus, I chat with an agent and she said if I want to talk with someone, will cost me $5, I tried to checkout with Paypal and says at the end was $35, what a ??? I request you refund me as soon as possible!

I was texting my son, and I received an email saying I was blocked. I had just texted him earlier on Sunday!

Corrlinks errors
I'm very upset, as is my daughter who is serving time 2000 miles away. Our only way to see each other on a regular basis would be with Corrlinks, if it worked!
She's been in for over 2 years now, in Florida for almost a year. We've had 2, if you want to call them, successful video visits since. Many scheduled, but none successful. It's heartbreaking.
And really, is this the best our federal government can do? I think not!

That phone number does not work for core links. It is for Mass mutual insurance company and I was not able to get anyone from core links

Because none of this stuff you offer is easy
I paid for the premium stuff to write my daughter in prison and I want to cancel it. It is telling me she needs to send something for PIC, she has no idea what that means. You already took 6.99 out of my bank account & we still don't know what it was for.

Since they changed the corrlinks system. It sucks it does NOT work properly.
If you are writing an email and get a phone call EVERYTHING YOU HAD WRITTEN SIMPLY ERASES ! And you have to start over. That did NOT happen with the old version of corrlinks.
Its DEFINITELY NOT WORKING PLEASE BRING THE OLD VERSION BACK. Thanks

Refund or transfer funds to new account
The number is supposed to be for Corrlinks, instead it's for Mass Mutual. So there is no actual customer support.

I totally agree with you ALL...the worst service..my son is in prison and I haven't gotten response in 6 days now, before that the messages come in 3 or 4 days later. Sucks!
