Video call isn’t working

For weeks, when the inmate tries to video call me, on my end it shows that it's unavailable. I have deleted the app, rebooted my system (which I am using the iPad), and re-downloaded the app.
I've done things step-by-step, and when the inmate proceeds to call me, it's still the same outcome. This has been going on since September 8, 2026, and I would like to know what I can do to resolve this issue.

I did everything I could? I called the number I emailed.
I chatted with a couple of people. And I still didn't get my fifteen and change back from trying to communicate with loved ones. That's incarcerated, and and it's sad that I tried to put the texts on my phone money to communicate with loved ones, and you guys took money out twice.
I only think I want as a refund. Please and thank you
It was terrible and I still haven't resolved the problem and i'm still trying to reset. Now log back in on my new phone. I'm not having trouble with that
I was putting money on the texting for my loved one, and you guys charged me twice. I would greatly appreciate it if you could refund me my money.
Please be careful going forward not to charge me twice or anyone to that matter. Thank you, and how long would it take for you to reverse the payments?
