Can l talk to a human being please with customer service? Please help!

I can send a email to the inmate on my end I cant reply to him and on his end it say blocked so what I need to do to received his emails

This company can allow me to talk with someone at Corrlink. For instance, I went yo speak with s live agent.

There's worse nobody on the phone to to resolve my problem.Only thing I got was a voicemail so that's reason why it wasn't resolved.I need to talk to somebody so I can follow the first steps by resetting my passcode and my password or my phone.So that's the issue that I'm having.So I really need to talk to somebody

Wasn't able to speak with anyone, so my issue hasn't been resolved. My issue isn't listed as an option for a callback, so that's frustrating as well.

My messages are slowly being deactivated. I signed up with the app on May 19th, 2026, and I only have messages from August 28th until that date.

Answer the phones, do away with the auto crap. Don't call, don't call, never call. Your site is worthless, not worth dealing with.

You took the 25 dollars out of my bank account but did not give me any of the money in credits like you were supposed to. I am very upset, and how do you charge my account and take my money but not give me the credit for it?

My relative whos not to good w/English inadvertently pressed # to block & was totally oblivious to who to contact & literally what to say, I was able to get her the help she needed to reconnect with our loved one. So very grateful for your representative.
