UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD & EMAIL RECOVERY
- - CorrLinks Print opens a blank page with an unhappy-face image.
- - Can't download or save emails; 60 days passed.
- - Asks how to fix and about recovery.
Hi,
I keep having issues when I click the Print button on the CorrLinks website. Instead of the pop-up window with ability to print/download and save the email, the screen within that window where the email usually is, is blank except for an image in the center of an unhappy face.
Because of this ongoing issue for weeks now I have been unable to download and save the correspondence between my boyfriend and I and that is completely devastating to me. When your loved one is incarcerated, these emails are one of the few sentimental items you have between you.
I am so upset about the emails Ive lost due to the passing of 60 days before I could download them.
Please tell me how I can fix this issue. I am also wondering if theres any way at all to recover emails sent between us during the last six months?

Preferred solution: I want to be able to print and download my emails and I want to recover emails I wasn’t able to download.

Password reset
I was finally able to locate the password reset; however, in order to talk to a technician, you have to pay for it. That's unprofessional.
What I need to do is delete it, not use it for a while, and then come back as a new user because apparently I have too many devices registered to my Core Links account, even though I only have one cell phone. Very poor.

- System which only caters to the government and does not care about the rights of the people that are trying to use it to have contact with their family on the inside

Wont let me add money
- - Adding funds sometimes shows completed, then a problem; this is my only way to talk to my loved ones, and I hope it gets fixed.
I have tried adding money to my account, and it says it added. Then it says there was a problem, so I was wondering if your browser was down for adding money on Omail. I have never had this problem before, and this is the only way I get to talk to my loved ones, so I hope you guys can figure it out so I can start omailing my loved ones.

Taking forever

Paid the fee to get help and they couldn’t help me very disappointing
Be honest and say you cant solve the issue instead of carrying on, nothing was resolved and I still cant write to my innate

They are terrible! Ive been trying to resolve my issues with them for three days now and no one from their company has responded nor reached out! Im stuck in the dark and so is my loved one

A robot answered the phone and said this is not a customer service hotline. This is whatever hotline and then the phone just hung up. I never resolved any issue. I never talk to a real Pearson.
- - It keeps telling me I have too many devices locked onto my Chorus Link account.
- - I need my old device removed from my account to proceed.
I am calling because I'm trying to download and log into the Chorus Link app on my new iPhone. It keeps telling me that I have too many devices locked onto my account, so I need to have my old cell phone device taken off my account, please.
- It is easy to stay in touch with your loved ones of course link
- It will not allow you to log onto the app on your tablet and cell phone it will tell you you have too many devices logged on and there is no way to take off the old devices
Preferred solution: I need to remove my old cell phone device off of my account so that I could log onto my new iPhone. It keeps telling me I have too many devices on my account..

Keep getting errors when trying to sign in.
I was able to get in but no able to send an email. I was able to send a text the next day but when I tried to send another one 15 minutes later I got the same error message as well as this morning. I will try tomorrow.
